This is a simple Deepam Rangoli made using dots (Neli Kolam). We can draw this on any auspicious day or during festival times. Dots pattern can be easily understood by looking at the kolam image. Just that, the photo was taken during sunset, so it was little unclear.
This is rangoli design formed by drawing several repetitive lines along the design shape in a layered form. Usually we can spot these designs in temples. Undoubtedly it bring auspicious mood and lively environment. Reserve these sort of designs for special occasions or pooja days.
